We discuss the location, layout, sleeping arrangements and work needed to prepare the apartment for guests. We can help compare offers and support the handover. You decide which property to buy and approve the scope, budget and proposed solutions.
One team for the agreed work
For a turnkey project, Housine coordinates the agreed contractors, purchases, deliveries and furnishings with one point of settlement. Follow progress through photographs or visits. The agreement sets the work, responsibilities and payment terms before implementation.
From a finished interior to guests
Preparation can include photography, descriptions and launching the guest offer. Rental management is available as a subsequent service. Assess booking revenue, owner payouts and profit separately, using the actual costs and availability of your property.
Give buyers a plan for what happens after handover
We work with developers on the route from an apartment purchase to a furnished rental offer. Discuss layouts and operating needs while plans can still be adjusted. Each buyer can choose design, finishing, furnishings and subsequent management. Send the location, development stage and number of units to start the conversation.

Yes. We coordinate the agreed work and provide photographs of its stages. You can also visit the property to review progress.
