From the plan to delivery
We start with the property condition, floor plan, budget and intended guests. Then we agree the concept and scope, coordinate work and equipment, and prepare the apartment for its launch. Progress can be reviewed on site or through photographs.
Ready to operate
Photography, descriptions and the guest offer connect the completed interior with rental operations. You can arrange subsequent management with Housine or choose preparation alone. The agreed scope determines the work and timetable.

Yes. You can start with property selection, consultation, design, finishing or management of a ready apartment. We agree the scope before work begins.
Can I follow the project from abroad?
Yes. We coordinate the agreed work and provide photographs of its stages. You can also visit the property to review progress.
